By accessing or using the Bindin platform, including any associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform. Additional terms may apply to specific features, including marketplace services, subscriptions, or paid offerings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "accept," or using the Platform, you:

• Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms;
• Agree to be legally bound by them;
• Represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Bindin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts that fail to provide adequate verification.

The Platform is void where prohibited by law.
